Tenor Ukulele from Reclaimed Wood
This instrument used maple floor boards with contrasting accent lines of black walnut for the back, sides and neck. The soundboard is very straight grained Douglas fir from a ceiling joist. Black stains from an old iron nail can be seen on either side of the soundhole. The bridge and bindings are black walnut. The fretboard is rosewood. This instrument has Waverly geared tuners with koa buttons and a bone nut and saddle.
