This guitar is carved and braced like the L7-inspired archtops I have made previously.  It has a Sitka Spruce soundboard and quilted Big Leaf Maple back and sides.  The 5 piece neck is maple and black walnut.  The scale is 24 3/4″ with an ebony fretboard.  The body is 17″ wide and 3 1/2″ deep.  It has an Armstrong pickup and a custom made chrome plated brass tailpiece that is a replica of those found on the 1938 L7.
